Pe00-020; tires size 23575r15, dot vnhl1pl358, original equipment with ford explorer, 1999, 21000 miles on it. Consumer took vehicle to get inspected at firestone, and was told that front driver's side tire tread was separating, and have developed cracks all around the tread. Also, other 3 tires started to peel , rubber was peeling off. Firestone did not replace tires becasue it was not part of recall.*ak
