There is a rotten egg smell everytime we accelerate at a high speed when the ecoboost is used. I've taken it to ford to have seals checked and the smell is still there. My toddler complains of headaches everytime we're in the vehicle and i've had nausea several times. I am now pregnant and worry the fumes will affect the unborn baby.

Complaint #1 -paint factory paint finish on vehicle is very poor. Thin paint and primer clearly visible in several areas (see pictures attached). I believe this does not meet specified paint density regulations. Complaint #2- exhaust leak under heavier acceleration (3k rpm and up) a potent smell of sulfer/rotten eggs is present in cabin. I've owned the car less than 6 months and use it for business travel, spending many hours at a time in the car.
